Scope

These terms apply to purchases from The Laundry Club through this website.

What we sell, and what we do not do

The Laundry Club is an online retailer of laundry storage products – hampers, baskets, sorters, wash bags and drying racks – operating from Shop No. 15, I Wing, Rustomjee Urbania, Majiwada, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. We do not operate a laundry, dry-cleaning or garment-care service. We do not collect, wash, iron or deliver clothing. Everything sold here is a physical product shipped to you.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, confirmed by email once payment is received or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. Where stock proves unavailable we tell you and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed; payment is UPI or cash on delivery only.

This shop is not registered for GST, operating below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. No GST is charged separately and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The invoice packed with the goods is an order invoice only.

Capacities and dimensions

Capacity is quoted in litres or gallons as the maker states it, and refers to the volume of the container rather than a number of garments. Folded and open dimensions are given where we have them. Fabric items may vary by a small tolerance in stated size.

Safe use

Fabric hampers are for storing laundry, not for carrying a person or being sat on. Load ratings, where quoted, assume even loading. Drying racks should be loaded with the heaviest items on the lower tiers.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own. Any warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. Damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries are covered by the Return and Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
