Do you wash clothes or offer a laundry service?
No. We are a shop that sells laundry storage products – hampers, baskets, wash bags and drying racks. We do not collect, wash, dry-clean or iron clothing, and we do not offer any garment-care service.
How long will my order take?
1–2 business days to dispatch, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. Estimates, not guarantees.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.
How can I pay?
UPI or cash on delivery. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.
Can you give me a GST tax invoice?
No. We are not registered for GST – this shop operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The price shown on a product page is the price of the product; delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.
What size hamper do I need?
As a rough guide: under 80 L suits one person, 80 to 110 L suits a couple, and 130 L and above suits a family wash. The capacity chooser on our home page sets this out, and every listing gives the litres.
Are the hampers waterproof?
Some have a waterproof inner lining and the listing says so. A lined hamper will take a damp towel without marking the floor; an unlined mesh or rope basket will not. Neither is designed to hold standing water.
Can I put the fabric basket in the washing machine?
Only where the listing says machine washable – the wash bags and cotton rope baskets generally are, and hampers with bamboo or metal frames are not. Check the individual product page.
Do the drying racks need assembly?
Most fold out ready to use. A few are supplied flat-packed, and the listing states which. Where fixings are included they are in the carton.
Can I return a hamper I have used?
No – once fabric storage has held used laundry it cannot be resold. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 10 days.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of the return reaching us. A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Can I collect from you?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address on this site is our business and order fulfilment address.
