We sell laundry storage products. We are not a laundry or dry-cleaning service, so we cannot take a booking to collect or wash clothing – if that is what you are looking for, we are the wrong business.

Orders are packed and dispatched from this address. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

What to include

  • Delivery question: Order ID and the delivery PIN code.
  • Carton damaged: Order ID and photographs of the carton and contents, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing rods or fixings: Order ID and a photograph of what arrived.
  • Return: Order ID and the item, within 10 days – unused and in original packaging.
  • Refund: Order ID; for cash-on-delivery orders, bank or UPI details.
  • Before ordering: the product name or SKU and the space you are filling – we can help you compare an item against the dimensions listed.

What we can answer

Capacity in litres, folded and open dimensions, frame and fabric material, whether a liner is removable, and stock and delivery status. What we cannot do is confirm a hamper will fit a gap we cannot see – we give you the measurements and the tape measure is yours.
