How The Laundry Club handles what you give us when ordering.

Collected

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address.
• What was ordered, the amount, and the payment method.
• Standard technical information sent by your browser.

Never collected: UPI PINs, card numbers, banking passwords – payments run inside the payment method’s own systems.

Purpose

Packing and delivering orders, answering questions, handling returns and refunds, and keeping required business records.

Sharing

Only with the service providers needed to operate the store – the courier, the website host, and the payment method – or where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell customer data and do not share it for marketing.

Cookies

Essential cookies only, for the cart and checkout. No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business and to satisfy record-keeping obligations under applicable law.
