Before dispatch

Free, any time before the carton leaves us. Email connect@thelaundryclub.shop or call +91 70090 90903 with your Order ID. Dispatch is within 1–2 business days, so the practical window is short.

After dispatch

We cannot recall a parcel in transit. Refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return within 10 days under the Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds on cancellation

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days to the original method. Cash-on-delivery orders have nothing to refund and no cancellation charge.

When we cancel

Sometimes we must: a carton is found crushed in storage, a stock count is wrong, or a PIN code falls outside our courier network. We say which, and refund in full within 5–7 business days.

Wrong size ordered

If you realise a hamper will not fit, tell us before dispatch and it is a simple cancellation. After dispatch it becomes a change-of-mind return with return freight payable by you – which on a bulky carton costs more than most people expect. Dimensions are on every product page.

Partial cancellation

Where one item in an order is unavailable, we ask whether to send the rest or cancel everything. If we cannot reach you before dispatch closes, we send what is available and refund the balance.
